Rubber Flooring Questions
Where can I buy interlocking foam/rubber flooring around Montreal, Qc locally? (ie for home gym floor)? I am looking to purchase interlocking foam or rubber flooring for a home gym. I am based in Montreal, Quebec and I need to find a vendor that is local to this area from whom I can buy. I would consider going as far as Ottawa to the west and Quebec City to the north but would prefer not buying from the USA due to having to pay additional fees (duty at border, etc). Some examples of the product or similar products that I am interested in: http://www.wondermat.com http://www.rubbercal.com/eco_sport_1_inc... http://www.softnsafefloors.com/... The specs are pretty simple. I am looking for something that will cover an area of 15 feet by 13 feet. It needs to be durable, shock absorbent as the type of gym I will be doing on it is intense aerobics and plyometrics (lots of jumping around, need to protect my joints/back as current flooring is cement). Thanks!

Yellowing On Vinyl Flooring Under Rubber Backed Bath Rugs? What caused this? I've tryed everything to remove the yellowing. The vinyl flooring is white and I even tryed bleaching the area. Any suggestions or ideas? We have to keep the rugs over the area now just to hide the ugly yellowing.
Mercedes rubber floor mats? I don't know how to "properly" clean my rubber floor mats. I tried using soap(car), water, and over and over again, scrubbing them with a sponge, but the scuff marks left by peoples' feet leave a whitish mark that won't go away. They're also starting to look dull, and I am told not to "armor all" the mats because I don't want to leave any type of residue on my carpet . Your advice is greatly appreciated!
Looking for supplier of rubber floor for XF falcon ute? My husband has been trying to find a supplier of fitted rubber floor mats for 1988 Ford Falcon ute model XF in Brisbane Qld. and has so far had no luck so I thought I would try and see if anyone on this terrific site has any ideas as there are some knowlegable people out there who may have some idea of where I could try. It is quite important to me as he has terminal cancer and wanted to get his ute finished before he can no longer work on it. A very big thanks if anyone can help.
Cleaning mold off foam rubber? I just bought a new foam rubber floor mat for my apartment here in Korea about 2 months ago and I noticed the other day that a bit of mold is beginning to grow on the foam rubber already. Does anybody know of anything I can use to get the mold off without encouraging more mold to grow? Would it be ok to use pure bleach?

How can I cover up the gaps inbetween the rubber floor tiles that have been laid in my bathroom and toilet? The tiles are white and very large, and the lines inbetween them are really unsightly - they're very dark and show up, even though they're very thin. I think it's mostly because of the colour of the tiles. Is there a product that will be able to seal these tiny gaps? Thanks so much for all your help - I should clarify though, that the tiles haven't been laid incorrectly - they've really been squashed together as much as they can be, it's just that there are very distinct lines inbetween them. I'm going to try the silicone/caulking thing at then get back to you! yup, that has worked absolutely perfectly on the area that I tested. I'm going to wait until it dries, test it, then fill in all the rest of the gaps with silicone. Thanks so much for your help!!!

Can rubber bottom floor mats go in the washing maching? I had washed them with the hose outside and left them to dry hanging. The a huge dust storm came and they look like they've been thrown in a mud puddle. I cleaned them the best i could with the hose but theyre still brownish. I cut off all the tags when I got them so I can't read washing directions and I dont have any other carpets around. Any ideas?
Have you heard of a rubber paint for cement floors? I was told that there is a rubber paint that can be used on cement floors. We are painting the basement of a small building and would like the kids to be able to enjoy it while we are working this winter. Thank you.

How do we remove this without damaging the vinyl? We are trying to scrape it off but it is not really coming off. Is there any liquid we can apply? Has this happened to anybody?

Can I create my own rubber stamp to decorate a wood floor? I want a plywood floor in my kitchen, painted with a pattern of fallen leaves. I want to use a rubber stamp so that I don't have to paint each individual leaf. The stamps I've seen on line cannot be used with latex paint so I need to make my own. Is this possible? Where would I get a blank? Or does anyone know a source for a life-sized oak leaf stamp?
