- to a degree i dont like dark deep colors but my home being a hide away is right..i dont invite many people over its my escape from the world and im a scorp..my husband is a leo and the part about letting the sun in is true every shade the door always open..not me i like a darker cooler room
- I'm a Libran with Sagittarius rising so the Libra reading was all wrong but the Sagi one fits like a glove. Books and music and unusual artefacts such as a plaster cast box showing the Venus de Milo and resin animal ornaments decorate my hut. Good website.
- Scorpio, your motto is mystery and your home should be a hideaway. You like dark, dramatic colors and heavy luxurious fabrics. You prefer your rooms to be densely furnished because you like the feeling of your home being close in and intimate. You have a preference for leather furnishings and the colors red and black. (I hate leather - with a passion. I like rich colours - light or dark. At the moment purple is one of my preferred ones, usually green and wine red. My home is designed to welcome other people, although I do have a liking for antique wooden furniture. My motto isn't mystery, it's probably more something like "where in the world are we this time?") Scorpio, your keyword phrase is private retreat. (Open house, more like it.) Floors: Wooden or stone, reminiscent of nature Walls: Changeable space that can be transformed for privacy Ceiling: Beamed and low Windows: Frosted or tinted (Mine are stone! :D But it's a 16th century house, so you would expect those there... White walls, beamed ceiling - it's a 16th century house, what would you expect? - and frosted windows... those are NOT my choice, though, I'd prefer non-frosted.) Textures: Smooth and sleek Reflective surfaces (No and definitely no. Reflective surfaces require too much cleaning :( ) Barren, minimal look or densely furnished---the extremes! Furniture with secret compartments Leather furniture Low, long furnishings Tailored looking pieces Used rather than new (I'm inbetween barren and dense - I just want some dancing and running space :p. Secret compartiments always handy, but I end up forgetting I had them to begin with so not a good idea. Leather - deffy a no-no! Low, long, tailored; no. Just antique. Used rather than new; read, "antique".) Eagles (no) Gothic looking items (no, yes on victorian looking) Ironwork (my bed's cast iron... read "victorian looking" :p) Masks (no, they're creepy) Puzzles (nope, they're kitchy) Screens (only the tv and computer screen) Unique exotic items (no) This is a funny one; An interior resembling a cave---stone fireplace with beamed ceiling (I would actually like that) Home near the water (Near a natural stream, so I can have the impression that my mind can sail off it into an ocean :D) Inner courtyard with access from the bedroom (I've got an open plan sitting roon with access from the bedroom... if I jump down :p) Bathrooms (who wouldn't want that in their house?!) Passion bedroom setting, such as an "Arabian Night" theme (no, more like "victorian night" - I'd blame my Saturn influence for that... did you know victorians were known for their bondage and kink?) I'll bet my choice of decorating leans more towars Sag/Cap and Gem :p Interesting site, though :D
- i love that pageeeeeee, i'm industrial designer and i also believe in astrology and your link describes that perfectly, thanks for the info now i can base astrology in terms of design :D
- Sorry, I didn't find a match with my tastes
- wow... i was totally thinking about how awesome it would be to have glass-like floors with lots of glass walls all over my house... and the dark colors with silver contrast... the irregularly-shaped rooms with diagonal furniture arrangements... totally sound like my kind of dream house! this fits pretty well..!!!
- Interesting site, thanks. Fits some. Not all. Like I know a Libra who loves bright colors. This site says pastels.
