home decorating?
I am moving into a small studio condo and want to fix it up with some wood laminate flooring and a leather couch. Are these good choices that will make it look really nice and be long lasting? any advice? suggestions?

- Even a small space can echo if everything is a hard surface. Budget for at least one nice rug to soften the floor. As far as wood laminate flooring, remember you get what you pay for. Get a good brand and be sure it is installed correctly. Then it will last for decades. Leather can be a great idea as long as it doesn't get too hot where you live and you don't have pets that will ruin the leather with claws.
- Those are great choices. But, if you are thinking about selling that place in the future, consider putting in real wood in, because that is what buyers want. P.S. if you have pets, dont get leather, it will turn into a scratching post!
- Yes, using a light colored laminate floor will make the space look bigger.
