  1. love it and yes, gives you some knowledge to help yourself.
  2. Yes l happen to love Trading Spaces and While You Were Out. Extreme Makeover Home Edition is my favorite though. No. Howevr when I get my own place I might go for it.
  3. Yes. If the outcome is good, then try again with other things.
  4. Yes, I'm extremely addicted to these types of programming. I've gotten several ideas. And some believe it or not, have been shown. (They didn't get the ideas from me.) Guess I don't need to go to any special classes afterall.
  5. I love watching Property Ladder, Flip This House, Flip That House, and DIY channel. We'll be renovating the entire upstairs this year (kitchen, dining room, living room, master bed & bath, son's bedroom) and refacing the fireplace. These shows are a godsend! I didn't have a clue on any of this kind of stuff before.
  6. I like hgtv, but i also think Cadice Olsen is the only designer who does things well and the right way...she is very good....I am a contractor who flips houses on the side ,so I also like flip this house, especially that guy and his brother out of san antonio, again they are the ones who do it the right way.
  7. I love Holmes on homes and sell this house
  8. Yes, I'm addicted to all of them. I watch all of the Designed to Sell shows because they show you how to totally transform your house on a very limited budget. On DiscoveryHome channel I've watched Toolbelt Diva and she helped alot. My husband and I were installed those peel & stick tiles in our kitchen. For peel & sticks they were pretty nice. Looked like slate. My husband was going to do the corners and edges because I didn't know how to make the cuts and I was going to do all of the middle tiles. Needless to say, after 3 weeks of having only the middle of the floor done, while my husband didn't do the corners and played video games with his brother instead, I was watching Toolbelt Diva one day and they installed those same tiles in a breakfast nook. She showed how to make the cuts. I went to work on them that day, made the cuts and finished the floor myself. Then I wrote her an email on her website thanking her. She said if I ever had anymore questions to write her again- which I did and she told me how to make cuts at a certain angle when installing my crown moulding because the pieces weren't as long as my walls. I like ReDesign, Design Remix, Flip That House, Merge, Holmes on Homes, etc. I love them all!!!!!! They've taught me so much. I stained my kitchen cabinets myself because I couldn't afford to replace them. As soon as I get the money I'm going to install granite countertops myself! Wish me luck!!!
