statute of limitations for home remodeling?
anyone know the statute of limitations for a contractor seeking un-approved dollars from a homeowner, where the project is relatively unfinished and there was no contract to execute work?

- If there was no contract, chances are he is not a licensed contractor. Depending on what state you are in (California, for example) an un-licensed contractor has no right to expect payment for any work whose value is greater than $500. If he is a licensed contractor, again with no contract he has no expectation of payment.
