The low slope roof of our guest house had a leak. I've removed the old roofing materials and replaced the damaged plywood. Now it is time to reroof but I have a hard time finding low slope roofing materials that a home owner can use. Homedepot sells roll material by Henry -specifically for low slope roofs- that is appealing but they don't sell Henry's `aqua prime' that this material calls for. I have yet to locate a store who either carries Henry's aqua prime (HE102) or has an alternative solution. Any recommendations for materials/methods are greatly requested. I'm located in Santa Cruz, CA. The roof slope is ~1/2" in 12". Aqua prime is used to prime the plywood before putting down the adhesive low slope roll material. Aqua prime takes the place of felt paper as used on regular slope roofs.
