How to get rid of rubber stains on floor?
I have bought dining chairs with some rubber attached to the end of the legs to prevent scratching. However, noticed whenever I move the chairs, the rubber tends to make a mark on my floor. How to get rid of these rubber marks?

- Cooking oil or nail varnish remover if the floors are marbled or tile. Do not use on wooden floors. Hope it works!
- take the toe of your shoe- tennis shoes work best, and rub gently with a little pressure on the rubber mark, back and forth. This should remove it without scrubbing anything, works on all floor types, except carpet.
- Many years ago Military shoes had black rubber soles - DI's took great pleasure in making us clean the marks they made on the floors, we used water and steel wool - a brillo pad should work nicely.
