I have linoelum flooring in my bathroom and kitchen. I have rugs with the rubber grips on them. They have left

yellow stains on the floor. Is there any way to remove this yellow stain from the linoleum??

  1. Toothpaste - the white kind you get at the discount store for about a buck. Put it on a damp sponge and rub the floor it has pumice and a mild bleaching agent and will remove the yellowing. Then get rid of those rugs and replace them with looped cotton to prevent this happening again. Good Luck!
  2. bleach is key-it generally always works.
  3. Hate to tell you this, but the floor is ruined. It is the oil from the rubber backing that has penetrated the flooring. You can not clean it and you can not even lighten it.
