i think roof shingles messed up my skin.?
ok i was throwing away roof shingles and after, my skin has really been itchy and i have all these bumps on my arms. someone told me there is a material in the shingles made of small glass or something and that they probably got onto my skin. HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM!! IT IS SO ITCHY!

- Fiberglass will cause almost everybody skin irritation. Try scrubbing affected areas with mild soap and COLD water. If you use warm water you'll only make the problem worse on account the warm water cause your skin's pores to open. http://www.aecom.yu.edu/ehs/Industrial%20Hygiene/Fs_Fibergls.htm
