Small growing company , or a big stable one ?

Currently working in a stable IT company as a customer technical support , and I have the opportuninty to work in the home automation field as a site engineer in a small yet growing company I'm very confused which career to go through , and which company scale to choose

1. which company gives you more satistifaction in terms of working environment, salary, employee benefits and position? you have to think which career would benefit you most
2. That is tough, a few factors that jump out at me are your age, offering of company stock options and availability of benefits. The first two have to do with how much risk you can afford to take. If you are at the beginning half of your career it would not be as essential that you maintain your position with the stable company. There are bound to be opportunities for you if something goes awry with the new position. On the stock option point a small up and possibly coming company could offer stock options that could significantly increase your income.
