led lights fl;ash when the bass hits?

i have a 750 watt amp and two 1800 watt max subs, and i bought a set of speakers with led lights built in, your supposed to wire them to the battery with a toggle switch but i think it would look better if every time the bass hits the leds flash, so anyway i was wondering if i could hook the leds up to my amp to make them flash when the bass hits or if there is something i could buy to make the led lights flash when the bass hits.

  1. If you look in catalogs like these: jc whitney summit jegs you will find that they make a led light that blinks to the sound of the stereo. There are neons also - They are illegal while your driving - but okay for show.
  2. You can hook the led lights straight up to the subs plug-ins and they will light up very time the bass hits,
  3. DO NOT connect the LEDs to the output of an amp. If you know somebody that's good with electronics, I made a schematic diagram for the circuit that does just that and you're free to have it. Hit me up sparky3489@yahoo.com
  4. I'm guessing that you are talking about the Dual Subwoofers, and yes, if you hook them up to the power coming from the amp, you will have a ruinned mess of smoking subs in less than 5 minutes.
