IS the manifestation of a "Crucifix" at work Yesterday a sign that I should become a Christian???

I, like Christ, work as a carpenter on weekends. Yesterday, I was assisting in the installation of a wooden roof on the third story. Earlier, a workman had accidently dropped a plank of wood to the ground. Suddenly, I found myself slipping, and was forced to release the board that I was holding just to hold on to the roof. When I looked down, the two boards had SOMEHOW fallen so as to form a cross!!! IS this a Divine sign from God above that I should renounce Atheism and become a Christian? Your thoughts???

  3. it means you should be a christian catholic... not a protestant .. atheist? well I dont know.. if you are atheist you should not believe in miracles right
  4. It's a coincidence. There are many ways that the boards could have fallen and taken the shape of the cross.
  5. My thoughts are that a miracle would have been those boards creating something that looked like the star of David, Jesus' face or an Om symbol. A cross is a little too simplistic.

  7. aren't boards always straight? the chances of two boards falling and crossing eachother are probably pretty common. plus, the cross isn't a christian symbol, it's also pagan.

  9. LoL, well, I think its better to be a christian than to not believe in GOD at all. I think that its a sign that you need to research all types of beliefs and religions, and find the correct one you feel to be the original one that all these other religions derived from. But who's to say that it didnt form an " X".

  11. I really believe you have been out in the sun too long. Pick those two boards up and get back up there and finish that job and then take a short vacation.
  12. It is a sign that God was in what just happened. The evil spirit tried to kill you. The same is true if you see 666 in numbers. God is telling you that the devil is trying to sift you. A very good time to start praising the name of the Lord. I see this happening in Christians and I did not know it was happening to unbelievers also. The Spirit is being poured out and we are seeing some of the manifestations of the Spirit of God. For the Christian, I would say God is strengthening our faith in Him. I know you are trying to wave this off as chance, but Christians don't believe in chance. We believe in the Lord. You truly haven't seen anything yet. Stay open to the Holy Spirit and ask Christ to come into your heart and guide you. The closer we get to the coming of Christ these happenings will intensify. Have a blessed day!
