cost of a new roof in tn?
Anyone out there have a clue or educated estimated guess of the cost of a roof for a 1000 sq ft house in tennessee? I know this roof is beyond patch repair so I've decided to just go with something new. Any help would be appreciated......no trollers ty!!!

- the cost will depend on how many layers need to be removed. If you have two on already I strongly suggest complete tear off. I is possible that some of the sheathing (plywood) may need repair. The cost of the roof will also depend on the pitch. If it is not too steep I would think that the new roof part would be roughly 1500 - 2000 and the cost of the tear off could range from 500 - 2000. It also depends on the quality of shingle used. A three tab shingle will not last as long or look as good as an architectural shingle.
