How much does 2005 Acura TSX side airbag and roof airbag cost?

I want to buy a 2005 TSX car but the car's Driver side, side airbag and roof airbag was deployed. I was wondering how much will it cost me and where I can get it from? The car also needs Driver side front complete door and the fender. Anyoune knows how much would that cost me? Thank you
