I know that the cost of roofing materials have gone up, what is the going rate to bid a roof 3 tab asphalt?

  2. Dont' go by anything you read on here. The prices very from state to state. Not a lot but they do. The best bet is to call a local lumber company and ask them how much shingles would be for 45 squares, then get a price on architectural, now a days the prices are pretty close to each other. Then after you find out the price of the shingles you could call a roofing company for a free estimate. I'd call 2 or 3 to see if they are pretty accurate. *Good Luck*
