Depends on the square footage of your home and the damage to the decking underneath your current roof. I think ours was about 2000 square feet and I banked on $7000 to cover the cost of the completely rotten decking to be completely replaced plus some structural damage beneath that. Estimates are usually free from the contractors and always get at least 3 estimates and nail it down to make sure they get it done quick and haul away the old roof. Good luck!
