  1. $20-$30 a square. Double that if a tear off is required.
  2. HAHAhAHA!!! 20-30 dollars!!! Must be mexican if your charging that. We wouldn't even think of doing new construction for anything under 35-40 dollars. If your talking about some tar off then it jumps to 100-120 dollars at least. If its two layer tear off then its even more. Things like woods shakes might make it go up also.
