Installed low voltage light. 12w Powerpack 100W. Worked only once. If I fiddle with timer, works once.Help!?

Powerpack box says will power from 12w up. If I manually turn the on knob, the light goes on. If I leave it on, it will turn itself off at the set time.

1. Without more details I can only guess. Is it possible that you are powering the timer with the output of the timer? That way when it switches off the timer no linger has power and therefore cant switch back on. I hope I am making sense.
2. Turn the timer different.
3. Add up the wattage for all of the lights that are connected to the timer/transformer. That number shouldn't exceed the rated load of the transformer which appears to be 100 watts. Therefore, if every bulb is 12 watts, you cannot have more than 8 lights (96 watts) or the transformer will overload and shut off automatically. It will reset itself and then work again. You may need to reduce the number of lights or get a larger transformer. Good Luck.
