need ideas for remodeling my crown molding..?

im in a little two bedroom bungalow and will most likely be putting in new pergo floors, light in color..what should i do to compliment the crown molding?

2. paint the ceiling a light color to match the floor and paint the molding crisp white.
3. Unless you have high ceilings you should paint your crown mouldings to match your ceilings -- this fools the eye and gives the impression of a higher ceiling, which is always nice. Pale floors, pale ceiling & crown mouldings, and a deep (not dark) tone on the walls will have a stunning effect. If your windows aren't very large or don't let in a lot of light, emphasize what natural light does come in with mirrors and reflective or sparkly decorative accents (glass, glossy materials...)
