I am remodeling a house on blocks.We have tore out the carpet, linoleum floors. what would you do next?

We have a week until they come out and level it. What would you be doing next as far as production?

  1. Not enough info. Do you mean a house on a crawl space? What are you trying to do and what do you mean by a week before they(who) are coming out to level(?)
  2. Don't do anything until the house is leveled. If you lay any linoleum before the house is leveled, it will crack or peel off the floor, carpet will be ok. First make an inspection of all the flooring area, you may want to renail or screw down some of the flooring that has worked up off the joists.
  3. house on blocks to me means open all around.I;d be putting some kind of instalation under it.also the floor if not in good shape.You may have to over lay to have a better surface.Fill and sand any gaps or big cracks,get ready for tile or carpet.
