- We just asked our agent the same question. His advise...wait till Spring if you can. Good Luck!!
- You should have included the state for better answers.
- the house market fluctuates all the time, my advice, wait until it goes up again unless you really need to sell it! good luck!
- I'll buy it now for $56 sight unseen.
- I would talk to a real estate agent who specializes in the neighborhood you're property is in. Although prices are generally going down, there are some places in which the right kind of remodeling can yield a nice profit.
- Your question is incomplete...You have not mentioned the Location of your property & its attributes, area... Town or village?? So no one can answer right to your incomplete question. If you are asking in general, I will suggest stop remodelling or if it is not possible for you right now then do minimum modelling & sale this house as early as possible if you are in need of money for some other good reason as if rates are going down in that particular area they will go further down.. So hurry up & sale it.
- I am in the same predicament in Phoenix right now.... I wish you luck.
- THE MARKET ACROSS THE BOARD IS A BUYERS MARKET NOW. IF YOU CAN WAIT TO SELL, PUT IT ON THE BACK BURNER OR REDUCE YOUR PRICE
- I am actually buying a house right now just so I can sell In a couple of years. now is the best time to buy and a bad time to sell if you want to make money I would wait at least one year.
- E-mail me your address (I won't sell your info or harass you) and I can see what the trend is in your area. Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, it might be wise to wait it out 3-5 years or sell it now. Regards
- I would refinance to a low payment if you don't have already and rent it out. You know the market will come back and you may be able to make more money by holding the property.
