What do I need to build an outdoor wood burning fireplace?

2. go take a look at a Hardy furnace and copy it
3. We love to always have an outdoor firepit.....any shape or size...just use stone of any kind.....mortar it and build it a couple of feet high with a good ledge...can use to cook....stay warm....kids cook hotdogs or marshmellow roast, etc....
