  1. warm soapy water.simplr as that.
  2. if its slate use fabric conditioner on a damp cloth x if its black leaded get a black lead cleaner from the iron mongers x
  3. Use a damp clean cloth. And let it dry, Then rub a little baby oil on it and it will look as good as new.
