Wooden Floors / Stone Fireplace & Half Rounds?
We have just had wooden flooring installed, they finished the edges with half rounds which looks mostly ok. Except around the Stone fireplace which has a somewhat irregular shape. Any suggestions?

- By "THEY" do you a professional wood flooring installer? Stone is hard to fit around. I you had real hardwood installed (not a pergo floor), if can be caulked with a tinted caulk purchased from the wood supplier.
- I'm sure you meant QUARTER rounds. But if the flooring is tight there is no need for a molding. Hope you didn't install that crappy laminated flooring like Pergo. Nothing worse than a phony wood floor. Why do people put that stuff in their homes when the real thing is the same price?
