I need to know the building codes for bathroom plumbing in pasco county?

dont know where thats at but , if not inside of any city limits there is no code really. If its a new home the bank won't approve any draws till its up to code regardless where you live, but almost every city and town in the U.S.A. goes by the National Building Code, as its cheaper to follow than constantly revising a city code
