Need advice on how to break the ice?

Ok so I had this crush on a girl in high school. But I am very shy just like I was in high school. I hardly ever talked to her. I just let it be and went on thinking there was nothing going for us. So I haven't seen her in 4 or so years. The other day I was at a Plumbing Supply store (for my job as a plumbers assistant). She works at that plumbing supply store and I was wondering how to start from square one? Please real answers hear! Don't flame me.
