How much to fit all plumbing to new house?

Anyone know how much it would cost to complete all the plumbing to a new house from scratch. Including, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, all central heating to all rooms including 5 bedrooms. Also to include fitting and installing a cooker and boiler to run on oil (no gas to the property) including supplying and installing the gas tank. Rough prices really helpful thanks Can I add that I am capable of doing this myself but I do not have the time. Additionally this is in a house that I am planning to sell on when finished, it needs to be all professionally done. Anything I do would have teething problems as I am not an experienced professional. I am not going to do it myself.

  1. Hard to guess but I would work on £2k each bathroom, £5k - £7 for the heating and £2.5k - £5k for a calor gas tank or oil tank and pipework.
  2. I WOULD GUESS £10,000 OR MORE! WHY NOT DO A COURSE AND LEARN TO DO IT YOURSELF., EXCEPT THE GAS. (GAS WORK NEEDS A CORGI QUALIFICATION)
  3. do some research and read a book , plumbing is really quite easy , d.i.y.! save yaself a fortune , just need anything gas to be conected by a corgi reg fitter
