what kind of plumbing supplies do i need to change a portable dish washer?

to a permanent one? How do I run the water lines and the drain?

1. you should install a dedicated electrical circuit through the floor in the area you plan to install the machine , hopefully this will be adjacent to your sink for ease of tapping into water and drain lines.
2. usually you get hot water from a shutoff under the sink, which is tapped off the HW line coming into the sink area.the drain can be connected to a disposer, or if you don't have one of those, a special pipe before the trap.
3. look under your sink to see if you have a shut off valve for the kitchen faucet and the dishwasher.if so ,run a 3/8 copper or plastic water line from the valve to the location of the dishwasher.if you have a garbage disposal connect the dishwasher drain hose to the nipple sticking out of the top of the disposal....hook up power to it or plug it in an outlet and start washing....good luck
