What is the best way to clean a clogged shower? Drano doesnt seem to work. Dont wanna call a plumber either...

1. Pull the hair and gunk out with your bare hands. Get a little drain hair trap so you don't have to deal with it again.
2. Just recently had this problem... You have to remove the drain plug or cover (whichever you have) and, depending on how brave you are and where the clog sits, dig the clog out with your hand or a stiff piece of wire (like a bent wire coat hanger) or similar bent into a narrow hook to fish out the clog. Gross, but effective. Unfortunately, this is something that just happens over time.

4. remove the cover, get i wire coat hanger and bend to fit into the opening, pull out the clog. Or losen the clog and use a wet/dry vac to suck it up. Don't forget to empty the vac out!
5. I find a sink plunger will draw most of the gunk back up, without sticking a coathanger down into the trap, because a hanger can break the trap if you force it, and if the seal goes, then you may have to take the whole shower apart to get to the trap, so use caution,and maybe wear a mask or hold a towel over your nose, it isn't going to be a pleasant experience hahahah, best of luck !!!
