Need help with plumbing or how permnant stop the leaking shower?

After replacing the handles on the hot,cold and shower. The shower head and faucet still leaks in the bathroom.

When you changed the rubber seals did you also change the seats under the washers inside of the body. Over time they will become pitted or get a wear pattern across their surface. The seats should be changed at the time the washers were changed.
If you have a shower stall only (seperate or no bath tub), you can get some dripping from the head due to the water still in the riser pipe going up to the shower head. This is normal and shouldn't be worried about.
