Toilet/shower backing up. Plumbing problems. Help!?

Both of the toilets in my house are very slow flushing, and the shower is backing up..what are my options? I live in a condo community. Are they responsible for calling them, or am i?

1. You need to have your Main drain eeled out.
2. Call a service or plumber to clean out your plumbing/sewer lines, stop wasting your money on drain cleaners.

4. First ask a neighbor that is on the same level if they are having problems.Then you will know if it is a main line problem. I would think they are responsible, as long as it is in the main.

You have what's called a vent stack on the roof of your building if that got blocked your not getting air flow into the pipes that helps draining and flushing.You should have your very own vent just for your system you should have that snaked out. It sounds like your line is blocked where it merges with the buildings main line.You'll have to read your condo contract to find out who pays for this or call the condo association people of you building.
