Did I get ripped off on this plumbing job?
My well pressure tank was replaced. The plumber installed a Well-X-Trol professional... he charged me $525 for the tank, supposedly $100 for installation, and misc parts - the total was $700. Anyone know how much a well-x-trol (WX-203) pro costs?

- List price on their site is $502.40 and an hour and a bit labour doesn't sound unreasonable.
- You got a good deal. Usually you do when you hire professionals rather than an unqualified harry handman.
- well ... he charged u $125 more for the tank then he should have.. and depending on the hook up u have right now.. he might have had to install a new tank t ... which does cost around $85 ... he might have charged u a bit to remove ur old tank too
