- 20 bucks an hour
- I make $32/hr at my job (i'm an electrician), and coworkers (other trades) get paid similarly. Outside, depending on if you're licensed by the state to do these repairs, cuz you'd be legally responsible for any follow-up repairs. $20 to $40 an hour is reasonable, depending on the job: carpentry & painting at the lower end, plumbing and electrical is based on job (EXAMPLES: a light fixture or switch $25; whole house $40/hr; fix a leaky tap $20). And, too, if they're elderly, cut them a discount. I hope this was helpful. Good luck!
- lower your price until you have a 4 week backlog Then slowly raise until the backlog decreases. This will show you what the market will pay you. Remeber, advertising will increase your backlog therby increasing the amount you can charge.
