a plumbing part that sprays a fine mist?

i'm looking for a plumbing part that you can attach to a pipe that will spray a constant fine mist (the finer the mist, the better). does anyone know where i can find such a part, what it is called, or if it even exists? any help would be greatly appreciated.

  3. If your looking for this part to be used in a garden then I highly recomend a mister. You can find them at Lowes in the plumbing ilse. They have some for garden use that can spray anyware from 10 gallons per hour to 1 gallon per hour. Foggers work well too.
