Plumbing Question?

I live ina mobile home, and when the shower or the sink runs in the bathroom, I get water outside the house. I think it is a drain pipe, but could be wrong. What suggestion do you have so I can get it fixed and what would I need, Thanks so much.

1. USA I would look at the drain from the sink and shower. It is likely they both tie together into the same pipe. That pipe should have been run into the main sewer drain. I suspect that the pipe broke, or a fitting came loose. If you are familiar with plumbing, get under the home, look for the loose / broken pipe, and repair it. The pipes are probably white PVC if fairly recent or black ABS plastic if older model home. Find out what type of pipe you have, where the leak is, then buy the appropriate fittings for the type of pipe you have. Do not mix ABS fittings with PVC pipe - the two types of pipe use two different types of adhesive. It might be that the pipe was never glued at the factory, and it came apart, and all you have to do is glue it together. Use a primer and an adhesive on PVC. If you are not sure what to do or look for, call a licensed plumber.
