About how much in plumbing materials to plumb a house with 1 bathroom, and kitchen? its a small 700 sq cottage actually.

2. toilets alone run 60 to 3,000 dollars. measure the lengths of pipes you need and draw out the layout straight lines where the copper will run to the fawcets and shower (pan or tub) and comode.remember to add enough drain pipes to vent through the roof.remember water heater. . now make a list of how many fittings you need and the length of pipe, what fixtures you want,shower valve,kitch and bath fawcwets 5 angle stops and supply lines, a bag of 1/2" and 3/4 inch straps and isolaters. go to lowes or home depot and add it up.about 1800 for an economy job minus labor, using abs for drain.

5. The guy who said 8 to 10,000 has been hitting the reefer a little to much. Let me give you an example, It cost me $7,800 to plumb 3100 sq ft. that was with 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen (time and material). You are talking about 700 sq ft. so a good estimate will be $2,500 - $3,500 time and material but that heavily depends on where you are located and the price of copper pipe. I hope this at least gives you a good idea.
