- Water heater is plugged.
- either the piping to and from the water heater is too small, or there is a restriction in the cold water valve feeding the water heater
- If it only happens in the shower, check the shower head to make sure it isn't stopped up by deposits. If it's all the fixtures in a single bathroom, it's the size of the waterlines that supply that bathroom. It could be that the service to the house is to small or that the municipality doesn;t supply you with very much pressure. If the later is the case your only option would be to add a booster pump to your house or check to make sure you don't have a pressure reducing valve stopping all the pressure. Check for that first. If you have one simply adjust it. Be carefull not to raise thepressure to much if you do have one. You could blow out all your water lines. Hope some of this helps.
- you might want to check the rubbers in the faucets that supply the water to wheerever its low. the hot water can swell the rubbers or carbon that closes the valve in the faucet, therefore it may be a simple one. it just happened to me in my laundry sink!
