I asked a DIY neighbour to install my sky in the conservatory, and he took off my roof,,,?

Can i still get sky if it's peeing down?

7. What a wakner... tell me who he is and I'll send the lads around. Don't know what it is about rooves... somebody told me I had bad shingles - but I felt ok... went and told the doctor and he said I was a tossa for wasting his time. Phoned NHS Direct but they told me not to call again until I was really ill... I said that I thought shingles were bad... but the miserable old cow threatened to call the police and hung up on me.
