- depending on the age of the home and the kind of pipe the used to feed the water it could be buildup/rust if it's an older home w/galvenized.
- your water heater may be full of lime and calcium, this is a common problem, also just after the main pipe from the street comes into your house there is a preasure regullator it may be set to low or worn out,
- Check in your garage for a Pressure Regulator. I have one here in the house I'm renting. Had to turn it up
- water meter or mean valve.
- If you have a water pump this is normal as the pressure goes down to 30 psi before pump kicks on and off at around 50 to 60 psi.
