- I have no idea... But if it is real Bamboo? Then thanks to you, another Panda will starve to death after being born into captivity (because they are an endangered species.) and eventually let go into the wild again to fend for itself only to find that their food source is gone So that you can have bamboo flooring... The only thing that is worse, is Brazilian Cherry wood!
- ACCIDENTLY keyed the floor? Are you sure it wasn't a bit of the green eyed monster? Your best bet is to have the same guys that installed the floor come back and replace the boards that are badly damaged. All the better if you have some of the same lot number left. You'll get much better results than if you try to fix them. And, after all, you did say that they were just put down!
- If the dents are not too bad, I would use ice. I do it for oak doors and trim all the time. If the dents and scratches are deep, use a wood filler and two clear coat finishes. We use small paint brushes that you wood see in an art store. REMEMBER you will not match the finish, but most people won't see it. good luck
