Just bought a new home and looking to buy modern lighting in all the rooms, where are the best places to go?

I've been to John Lewis and House of Fraser, they both have some great lighting and I was able to purchase a nice bedroom light fitting. I'm still struggling for the lounge, hallway and landing lighting, what shops do people recommend?
