Pl help me contact some struc engrs / architects around Kol to plan / design my house?

Can anyone help me find few structural engrs / architects to design and plan my house ?

Please understand that architects design houses.Structural engineers make sure it doesn't fall down.Do you plan to pay for the design ? Have you any idea how much detail goes into a house design.Do you have the land to build on ? Where is Kol ? I am an architect,you must do a bit more research.
