I am trying to open a subcontracting landscape design business in Boston. Any idea how I do it?!?

I would be working mostly from my home office for other designers with their own companies. - Do I need an LLC or sole proprietor thing? - Tax suggestions? - General Liability Insurance? - Need to change my car insurance?

1. I would stay away from sole proprietorship because of the liabilities and landscaping sounds like the kind of work that can be prone to frequent accidents.
