What are the best lighting fiixtures to install in a bathroom with a dropped celing?

1. what is a dropped ceiling ? is that like a grid ? like in an office ? my only fixture in my batchroom is mounted on the wall above the vanity. And that would be a bar type fixture (of course).
2. You might find some at this website. They have some pretty cool lamps and such.
