- Meter base 99% likely hood. Call power company to check it out first of all because this can be dangerous. If that ain't it, call an electrician. I was in that situation once. You really need to have the power company check the meter base. Good luck and be safe!
- Someone has installed a new switch or receptacle, and reversed the polarity, and the circuits are cross connecting thru the neutral. Call a professional electrician before you burn your house down !!
- Someone did it wrong, Your stove should be on a single 220v circuit with nothing else on that circuit The bathroom outlet should have a gfi
- i'll take it your stove is 240 volts so here a few questions how do they come back on ???? you say seperate breakers... so i'll assume a 15 amp breaker for the bathroom and maybe a 2 pole 50 fo the stove......? if the remain in the on position ( that is neither breaker trips as you did not mention ) he only case i can see is one loose leg ( there are 2 from the meter socket in a typical 120 / 240 volt single phase service ) from the meter to the main circuit breaker has come loose and arcs under load ( like when you turn on the stove ) this is not a good thing i have seen it when it does this an usally results in dimming entire sides of a panel ( A / B ) and any circuit on a panel get big voltage drops.. the result is arcing and over heating of the wire and insulation failure.. and fire usally. but the above is based on the question you posed with what information was given
