i have changed my bathroom lighting ,the lights work but will not switch off?

i have changed from a ceiling rose wiring set up to a terminal block arrangement, i made sure the switch line pair were connected as instructed, but the lights willnot switch off

1. You have a wiring problem at the switch. I would recheck and get professional advice.
2. Either you have a defected switch or you have the wiring done wrong. Have an electrician friend double check your work.
3. Switch drop is not connected correctly,re- check. Still stuck call a sparks
