Outdoor lighting ideas?

my car keeps getting broke into. i need to put some sort of light outside so it's not dark near where i park my car, which is apprx. 20 feet from the house(entrance). any ideas? i need something with strong light. i have a security camera that doesn't really work at night. so if i have bright light it will probably work. i like the spot light idea, and the motion sensor too..any ideas where i can get them?

2. get a spot light that is triggered by movement! that will scar them away or park your car in a more safer spot!!! or if you have a big dog put it near the car! then they will not touch the car!
3. Motion detector light on the house with wide range detectors...Or a BIG DOBERMAN with a LONG chain!!!
4. hey what about those lights that turn on when someone walks by.(censer motion light).When someone walks by, they will turn on all by them self. I hope I spelled that work 'Censer" right!! ?
5. Most hardware stores and home centers have them. To save electricity, you might consider a two stage flood head with motion detector that uses a photo cell to turn lights on to about 25% brightness at night (using about 15% of full power) and then jumps to full brightness when someone enters the field. Don't forget to put a heavy screen cover over the bulbs so the breakin guys don't just smash the bulbs.
