What lightbulbs and lighting fixtures commonly have a level of 50 LUX ?

I am trying to find out proper lighting to reduce light damage on pieces of artwork and posters that I own. One suggestion was to have a recommended lighting level of 50 lux.

1. That is a bit weak! My bicycle lamp can manage that. Its the safe minimum level.
