interior design?

i would like to major in interior design and i need help in choosing colleges. i am a sophomore in Southern California. please give me some suggestions...ANYTHING on choosing the right classes, and colleges. i prefer going to a university in southern california that won't be too hard to get in. i've been thinking about either FIDM or Cal State Long Beach any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 1. my sister in law got a bachelor's degree in interior design. She recently moved down to Orange County, CA and got a job fairly easily in interior design roughly $35,000 per year. If I were you I would go to a community college first, it's cheaper and easier to get into. Talk to the career advisor, he should he able to guide you to a study program so that you take the right courses there to transfer onto a four year university. It's easier to get into a university if you already have an associate's degree. Good luck!
