If I have the land & floor plan how much does it cost to build a 4 bdrm house w/3 baths ?

We own 2 1/2 acres and would like to build a 4 bdrm 3 bath block house We also have the floor plan fo the house we would like built. How much would it cost if we already have this in advance?

2. Figure $100 per sq ft for cheap construction, $150 for decent construction or $300 for high end custom. (not including land) So for a 2,000 sq ft house that would be $200K for a cheap build, $300K for a moderate build and $600K for a custom nice build.
3. You mentioned block house, do you mean cinder block? How much it cost per square foot to build a house depends on the market you are in and the availability of materials. I am not sure what the cost of building a cinder block house would be. Typical frame construction costs are about $100 per square foot for an average home.
